Welcome to Alibi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alibi mobile application.
By using Alibi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.
Alibi is a single-player mystery game. You are handed a fictional smartphone and explore its messages, photos, notes and apps to piece together what happened, then deliver a verdict. All content is authored fiction, delivered as part of the app.
Every case, character, conversation, photograph, phone number, company, app and event in Alibi is entirely fictional and created for the game. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real businesses, products or events, is coincidental and unintended.
Nothing in the app is a real message, a real person’s data, or a record of any actual occurrence. The stories deal with adult themes such as infidelity, deception and disappearance, but they are works of fiction and are not accusations about anyone.
You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required in your country, if it is higher — to use Alibi. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. The stories are written for an adult audience.
Alibi has no user accounts. Your progress is saved on your device and backed up against an anonymous identifier, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Because there is no account, progress cannot be recovered if you delete the app, reset your device or move to a new one. Please treat your progress as device-bound.
Some cases are free to play in full. The rest are available through an optional auto-renewing subscription.
You agree that you will not:
We may restrict or terminate access if we detect serious or repeated misuse.
Alibi — including its cases, characters, dialogue, artwork, design, software and soundtrack — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
Sharing screenshots or streaming your playthrough for non-commercial purposes is welcome. Reproducing whole cases or their text is not.
Cases are puzzles. We do not guarantee that any particular case can be solved without hints, and we may adjust difficulty, hint availability or case content in future updates.
We aim to keep Alibi working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cases, features and pricing may be added, changed or removed, and the app may be updated or discontinued. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will not charge for a subscription period you cannot use.
Alibi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or data, arising from your use of the application. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you — including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Alibi’ye hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Alibi mobil uygulamasını kullanımınızı düzenler.
Alibi’yi kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Alibi tek kişilik bir gizem oyunudur. Size kurgusal bir akıllı telefon verilir; mesajlarını, fotoğraflarını, notlarını ve uygulamalarını inceleyerek ne olduğunu birleştirir ve kararınızı verirsiniz. Tüm içerik, uygulamanın parçası olarak sunulan yazılmış kurgudur.
Alibi’deki her dosya, karakter, konuşma, fotoğraf, telefon numarası, şirket, uygulama ve olay tamamen kurgusaldır ve oyun için üretilmiştir. Yaşayan ya da ölmüş gerçek kişilerle veya gerçek işletmeler, ürünler ya da olaylarla herhangi bir benzerlik tesadüfidir ve kasıtlı değildir.
Uygulamadaki hiçbir şey gerçek bir mesaj, gerçek bir kişinin verisi veya gerçekte yaşanmış bir olayın kaydı değildir. Hikâyeler aldatma, kandırma ve kayboluş gibi yetişkin temaları işler; ancak bunlar kurgu eserlerdir ve hiç kimse hakkında bir suçlama değildir.
Alibi’yi kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında — ülkenizde gereken asgari yaş daha yüksekse o yaşta — olmalısınız. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulu sağladığınızı beyan edersiniz. Hikâyeler yetişkin bir kitle için yazılmıştır.
Alibi’de kullanıcı hesabı yoktur. İlerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır ve Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı gibi anonim bir kimliğe bağlı olarak yedeklenir.
Hesap olmadığı için, uygulamayı silerseniz, cihazınızı sıfırlarsanız veya yeni bir cihaza geçerseniz ilerleme geri getirilemez. Lütfen ilerlemenizi cihaza bağlı olarak değerlendirin.
Bazı dosyalar baştan sona ücretsiz oynanabilir. Geri kalanı isteğe bağlı, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelikle sunulur.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Ciddi veya tekrarlayan kötüye kullanım tespit edersek erişimi kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Alibi — dosyaları, karakterleri, diyalogları, görselleri, tasarımı, yazılımı ve ses içeriği dâhil — bize aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Aboneliğiniz size oyunu oynamak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir hak verir. Hiçbir şeyin mülkiyetini devretmez.
Ekran görüntülerini paylaşmanız veya oynayışınızı ticari olmayan amaçlarla yayınlamanız memnuniyetle karşılanır. Dosyaların tamamını veya metinlerini çoğaltmanız karşılanmaz.
Dosyalar birer bulmacadır. Herhangi bir dosyanın ipucu olmadan çözülebileceğini garanti etmiyoruz; ileriki güncellemelerde zorluğu, ipucu miktarını veya dosya içeriğini değiştirebiliriz.
Alibi’yi güvenilir biçimde çalışır tutmayı hedefliyoruz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Dosyalar, özellikler ve fiyatlandırma eklenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir; uygulama güncellenebilir ya da sonlandırılabilir. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırırsak, kullanamayacağınız bir abonelik dönemi için ücret almayacağız.
Alibi, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da ilerleme veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, size uygulanan hukuk uyarınca sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları — tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz kanuni haklar dâhil — sınırlamaz.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir ve bu kanunlara göre yorumlanır. Başka bir ülkede yerleşik bir tüketici iseniz, bu hüküm sizi ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici hukukunun korumasından yoksun bırakmaz.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde bu sayfanın başındaki “Yürürlük Tarihi” değişir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Bienvenue dans Alibi. Les présentes conditions d’utilisation (« Conditions ») régissent votre utilisation de l’application mobile Alibi.
En utilisant Alibi, vous acceptez ces Conditions. Si vous ne les acceptez pas, veuillez ne pas utiliser l’application.
Alibi est un jeu d’enquête solo. On vous confie un smartphone fictif : vous explorez ses messages, photos, notes et applications pour reconstituer les faits, puis vous rendez votre verdict. Tout le contenu est une fiction écrite, fournie avec l’application.
Chaque affaire, personnage, conversation, photographie, numéro de téléphone, entreprise, application et événement dans Alibi est entièrement fictif et créé pour le jeu. Toute ressemblance avec des personnes réelles, vivantes ou décédées, ou avec des entreprises, produits ou événements réels serait fortuite et involontaire.
Rien dans l’application n’est un véritable message, la donnée d’une personne réelle ou le récit d’un fait réellement survenu. Les histoires abordent des thèmes adultes tels que l’infidélité, la tromperie et la disparition, mais ce sont des œuvres de fiction et non des accusations visant qui que ce soit.
Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans — ou l’âge minimum requis dans votre pays s’il est supérieur — pour utiliser Alibi. En utilisant l’application, vous confirmez remplir cette condition. Les histoires sont écrites pour un public adulte.
Alibi n’a pas de comptes utilisateur. Votre progression est enregistrée sur votre appareil et sauvegardée sous un identifiant anonyme, comme décrit dans notre politique de confidentialité.
En l’absence de compte, la progression ne peut pas être récupérée si vous supprimez l’application, réinitialisez votre appareil ou en changez. Considérez votre progression comme liée à l’appareil.
Certaines affaires sont jouables intégralement et gratuitement. Les autres sont accessibles via un abonnement facultatif à renouvellement automatique.

Nous pouvons restreindre ou résilier l’accès en cas d’abus grave ou répété.
Alibi — y compris ses affaires, personnages, dialogues, illustrations, design, logiciel et bande sonore — nous appartient et est protégé par le droit d’auteur et les autres lois sur la propriété intellectuelle. Votre abonnement vous accorde un droit personnel, non exclusif et non transférable de jouer au jeu. Il ne transfère la propriété de rien.
Partager des captures d’écran ou diffuser votre partie à des fins non commerciales est le bienvenu. Reproduire des affaires entières ou leurs textes ne l’est pas.
Les affaires sont des énigmes. Nous ne garantissons pas qu’une affaire donnée puisse être résolue sans indices, et nous pouvons ajuster la difficulté, la disponibilité des indices ou le contenu des affaires dans de futures mises à jour.
Nous nous efforçons de maintenir Alibi en bon fonctionnement, sans garantir un service ininterrompu ou exempt d’erreurs. Des affaires, fonctionnalités et tarifs peuvent être ajoutés, modifiés ou retirés, et l’application peut être mise à jour ou interrompue. Si nous interrompions entièrement le service, nous ne facturerions pas une période d’abonnement dont vous ne pourriez pas bénéficier.
Alibi est fourni « en l’état » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d’aucune sorte.
Dans toute la mesure permise par le droit applicable, nous ne saurions être tenus responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs, ni de la perte de progression ou de données résultant de l’utilisation de l’application. Aucune disposition des présentes Conditions ne limite une responsabilité qui ne peut être limitée en vertu du droit qui vous est applicable, y compris vos droits légaux de consommateur.
Les présentes Conditions sont régies et interprétées conformément au droit de la République de Turquie, sans égard à ses règles de conflit de lois. Si vous êtes un consommateur résidant ailleurs, cette clause ne vous prive pas de la protection des dispositions impératives du droit de la consommation de votre pays de résidence.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. Le cas échéant, la « Date d’entrée en vigueur » en haut de cette page sera modifiée. Continuer à utiliser l’application après une modification vaut acceptation des Conditions mises à jour.
