Privacy Policy

Dark AI Studio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Dark AI Studio collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app.

By using the Dark AI Studio mobile application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Dark AI Studio is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identity information in order to use the app.

To provide the service, the app processes the following:

Photos you explicitly select from your device's photo library
A device identifier we generate to associate your credit balance and purchases with your device
Basic device information necessary for the app to function
Optional, aggregated analytics data about app usage

2. Your Photos & Face Data

Dark AI Studio lets you select photographs of yourself, and of any other people you choose to include, in order to generate AI portraits. Because those photographs show human faces, we treat them as face data and set out our handling of them in full in this section.

What face data we collect

The only face data we process is the photographs you explicitly select from your device's photo library and submit for portrait generation, together with the portraits generated from them. We do not create, derive, or store faceprints, face templates, facial-geometry measurements, or any other biometric identifier, and we do not use face data to identify, recognise, or authenticate any person.

How we use it

Selected photographs are used for a single purpose: producing the portraits you request, at the time you request them. Your photographs and the portraits generated from them are never used to train AI models, are never sold or rented, and are never used for advertising, profiling, or any form of facial recognition.

Your consent

Before any photograph leaves your device for the first time, the app displays an in-app disclosure that states exactly what will be sent and names the third parties that will receive it, and asks you to agree. No photograph is uploaded unless you accept. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the same screen, after which the app will not send further photographs until you agree again.

Who receives it, and where it is processed

To generate your portraits we share the photographs you selected with the following processors, and with no one else:

Convex — hosts our backend. Your selected photographs are uploaded to Convex file storage and held only for the duration of the generation request.
fal.ai — the AI platform that runs the image model. It receives a temporary link to your selected photographs in order to perform the generation, and temporarily hosts the resulting portraits so they can be delivered to your device.
OpenAI — provides the underlying image model that is executed through fal.ai.

These providers process your photographs solely to perform the generation on our instructions and under contractual data-protection commitments that we consider equivalent to those described in this policy. They are not permitted to use your photographs to train models or for any purpose of their own. Processing may take place on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Photographs you upload are deleted from our backend automatically as soon as the generation request finishes — whether it succeeded or failed — and are not retained afterwards. We do not keep a copy of the photographs you upload. Generated portraits are delivered to your device and stored there under your control; you can delete them at any time from within the app, and removing the app deletes them entirely.

3. Generated Images

The portraits generated for you are delivered back to your device. You have full control over your generated images and may save, share, or delete them at any time. We do not maintain a public gallery of your generated content.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Dark AI Studio offers credits and subscriptions that are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription and credit entitlements are managed for us by RevenueCat.

All payments are handled by Apple. We never receive or store your credit card or payment details.
We receive purchase and transaction status (for example, whether a subscription is active) tied to your device identifier, so we can grant the credits you paid for.

5. Third-Party Services

Dark AI Studio relies on a limited set of third-party services:

Convex — to host our backend and temporarily store uploads
fal.ai — to run the AI image model that creates your portraits
OpenAI — provider of the underlying image model, via fal.ai
RevenueCat — to manage purchases and subscriptions
Apple — to process payments via In-App Purchase
Optional analytics tools — to understand aggregate app usage

These services process data only as needed to provide their function. We do not permit them to reuse your photos beyond generating the output you requested.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information processed within the app and during upload. However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Dark AI Studio is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

2. Fotoğraflarınız ve Yüz Verileriniz

Dark AI Studio, yapay zeka portreleri oluşturmak için kendinize ve dahil etmeyi seçtiğiniz diğer kişilere ait fotoğrafları seçmenize olanak tanır. Bu fotoğraflar insan yüzleri içerdiğinden, bunları yüz verisi olarak kabul ediyor ve bu bölümde nasıl işlediğimizi eksiksiz biçimde açıklıyoruz.

Hangi yüz verilerini topluyoruz

İşlediğimiz tek yüz verisi, cihazınızın fotoğraf kütüphanesinden açıkça seçtiğiniz ve portre oluşturma için gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar ile bunlardan üretilen portrelerdir. Yüz izi, yüz şablonu, yüz geometrisi ölçümleri veya başka herhangi bir biyometrik tanımlayıcı oluşturmuyor, türetmiyor ve saklamıyoruz; yüz verilerini hiçbir kişiyi tanımlamak, tanımak veya doğrulamak için kullanmıyoruz.

Nasıl kullanıyoruz

Seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar tek bir amaçla kullanılır: talep ettiğiniz anda, talep ettiğiniz portreleri üretmek. Fotoğraflarınız ve bunlardan üretilen portreler yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için asla kullanılmaz, satılmaz veya kiralanmaz ve reklam, profilleme ya da herhangi bir yüz tanıma amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Onayınız

Herhangi bir fotoğraf cihazınızdan ilk kez ayrılmadan önce uygulama; tam olarak neyin gönderileceğini belirten ve bunu alacak üçüncü tarafları adıyla sayan bir bilgilendirme gösterir ve onayınızı ister. Siz kabul etmedikçe hiçbir fotoğraf yüklenmez. Onayınızı aynı ekrandan dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz; bu durumda siz yeniden onay verene kadar uygulama başka fotoğraf göndermez.

Kimlere iletiliyor ve nerede işleniyor

Portrelerinizi oluşturmak için seçtiğiniz fotoğrafları yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız, başka hiç kimseyle paylaşmayız:

Convex — arka uç sunucumuzu barındırır. Seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar Convex dosya depolamasına yüklenir ve yalnızca oluşturma isteği süresince tutulur.
fal.ai — görsel modelini çalıştıran yapay zeka platformudur. Oluşturmayı gerçekleştirmek için seçtiğiniz fotoğraflara geçici bir bağlantı alır ve ortaya çıkan portreleri cihazınıza iletilebilmesi için geçici olarak barındırır.
OpenAI — fal.ai üzerinden çalıştırılan temel görsel modelini sağlar.

Bu sağlayıcılar fotoğraflarınızı yalnızca bizim talimatımızla ve bu politikada açıklananlara eşdeğer gördüğümüz sözleşmesel veri koruma taahhütleri altında, oluşturma işlemini gerçekleştirmek için işler. Fotoğraflarınızı model eğitmek veya kendi amaçları için kullanmalarına izin verilmez. İşleme, ikamet ettiğiniz ülke dışındaki sunucularda — Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil — gerçekleşebilir.

Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, oluşturma isteği tamamlanır tamamlanmaz — başarılı da olsa başarısız da olsa — arka uç sunucumuzdan otomatik olarak silinir ve sonrasında saklanmaz. Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların bir kopyasını tutmayız. Oluşturulan portreler cihazınıza iletilir ve sizin kontrolünüzde cihazınızda saklanır; bunları uygulama içinden dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz, uygulamayı kaldırmanız ise tamamen siler.

3. Oluşturulan Görüntüler

Sizin için oluşturulan portreler cihazınıza geri iletilir. Oluşturulan görüntüleriniz üzerinde tam kontrole sahip olursunuz; bunları istediğiniz zaman kaydedebilir, paylaşabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Oluşturduğunuz içeriğin herkese açık bir galerisini tutmayız.

4. Satın Alımlar ve Abonelikler

Dark AI Studio, Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma yoluyla satın alınan krediler ve abonelikler sunar. Abonelik ve kredi hakları bizim adımıza RevenueCat tarafından yönetilir.

Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir. Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi asla almayız veya saklamayız.
Ödediğiniz kredileri verebilmemiz için, cihaz tanımlayıcınıza bağlı satın alma ve işlem durumunu (örneğin bir aboneliğin aktif olup olmadığını) alırız.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Dark AI Studio, sınırlı sayıda üçüncü taraf hizmete dayanır:

Convex — arka uç sunucumuzu barındırmak ve yüklemeleri geçici olarak depolamak için
fal.ai — portrelerinizi oluşturan yapay zeka görsel modelini çalıştırmak için
OpenAI — fal.ai üzerinden çalışan temel görsel modelin sağlayıcısı
RevenueCat — satın alımları ve abonelikleri yönetmek için
Apple — Uygulama İçi Satın Alma yoluyla ödemeleri işlemek için
Opsiyonel analitik araçlar — toplu uygulama kullanımını anlamak için

Bu hizmetler verileri yalnızca kendi işlevlerini sağlamak için gerektiği kadar işler. Fotoğraflarınızı, talep ettiğiniz çıktıyı oluşturmanın ötesinde yeniden kullanmalarına izin vermeyiz.

6. Veri Güvenliği

Uygulama içinde işlenen ve yükleme sırasında aktarılan bilgileri korumak için makul teknik önlemler alıyoruz. Ancak hiçbir dijital hizmet mutlak güvenliği garanti edemez.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Dark AI Studio, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz. Bir çocuğun uygulama aracılığıyla bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin; gerekli işlemi yapacağız.

8. Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncelleme yaptığımızda, bu belgenin başındaki "Yürürlük Tarihi"ni güncelleyeceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
