Privacy Policy – EverAfter

EverAfter ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application EverAfter collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app.

By using the EverAfter mobile application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

EverAfter has no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number. The app processes only the following:

Photos you choose — only after you select them for a style and tap generate (see section 2).
A random device identifier that the app creates and keeps in your device's keychain. It links your credit balance and purchases to this device. It is not your Apple ID, advertising identifier or phone number.
Your credit balance and a record of credits added and spent (for example a purchase, a generation or a refund).
Purchase and subscription status, handled by Apple and RevenueCat.

We don't use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. Your Photos and AI Processing

Before your first photo is sent, the app shows what is sent, who receives it and how long it is kept, and asks for your consent. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time in Settings → AI photo processing.

When you tap generate:

The couple photo you selected and the chosen style are sent over an encrypted connection to our backend (Supabase).
Our backend passes them to fal.ai, the AI service that runs the image model. For this feature fal.ai runs Google's Nano Banana image model.
Our servers do not store your photos; they only pass them on to fal.ai.
fal.ai is instructed to delete your uploaded photos automatically after 1 hour and the created image after 24 hours, and not to keep a log of the request contents.
EverAfter does not use your photos to train AI models, and never sells them or uses them for advertising.

Only upload photos of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.

3. Generated Images

The created image is sent back to the app and is kept only if you save it.
Saved images are stored in the app's storage on your device and, with your permission, in your photo library. They are not uploaded to EverAfter's servers.
fal.ai's copy is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

You can delete saved images from your device at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the services needed to run the app:

fal.ai — AI image generation. Receives the photos you selected and the chosen style. Privacy policy: https://fal.ai/privacy
Google — provides the image model that fal.ai runs for this feature. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Supabase — our backend and database. Stores the device identifier and credit records, and passes your photos to fal.ai without storing them. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
RevenueCat — manages purchases and subscriptions. Receives your purchase history and the device identifier. Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Apple — processes all payments through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your photos: not stored by EverAfter; deleted by fal.ai after 1 hour.
Created images: deleted by fal.ai after 24 hours; copies you saved stay on your device until you delete them.
Device identifier and credit records: kept while you use the app so your credits and purchases stay available. Email syhnserkan@gmail.com to have them deleted.

6. Data Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to our backend is restricted. No digital service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

EverAfter is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "Effective Date" at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

EverAfter ("biz", "bizim" veya "bize") gizliliğinize saygı duyar. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, mobil uygulamamız EverAfter'ı kullandığınızda bilgilerin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

EverAfter mobil uygulamasını kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Topladığımız Bilgiler

EverAfter'da hesap yoktur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı istemeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca şunları işler:

Seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar — yalnızca bir stil için seçip oluştur'a dokunduğunuzda (bkz. 2. bölüm).
Uygulamanın oluşturup cihazınızın anahtar zincirinde (keychain) sakladığı rastgele bir cihaz kimliği. Kredi bakiyenizi ve satın alımlarınızı bu cihaza bağlar. Apple Kimliğiniz, reklam kimliğiniz veya telefon numaranız değildir.
Kredi bakiyeniz ve eklenen/harcanan kredilerin kaydı (örneğin satın alma, oluşturma veya iade).
Apple ve RevenueCat tarafından yönetilen satın alma ve abonelik durumu.

Reklam veya analitik SDK'ları kullanmayız ve sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama ya da web sitelerinde izlemeyiz.

2. Fotoğraflarınız ve Yapay Zeka ile İşleme

İlk fotoğrafınız gönderilmeden önce uygulama neyin gönderildiğini, kimin aldığını ve ne kadar saklandığını gösterir ve onayınızı ister. Onayınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Yapay zeka ile fotoğraf işleme bölümünden görebilir veya geri çekebilirsiniz.

Oluştur'a dokunduğunuzda:

Seçtiğiniz çift fotoğrafı ve seçtiğiniz stil şifreli bir bağlantıyla sunucumuza (Supabase) gönderilir.
Sunucumuz bunları görsel modelini çalıştıran yapay zeka hizmeti fal.ai'ye iletir. fal.ai bu özellik için Google'ın Nano Banana görsel modelini kullanır.
Sunucularımız fotoğraflarınızı saklamaz; yalnızca fal.ai'ye iletir.
fal.ai'ye, yüklenen fotoğraflarınızı 1 saat, oluşturulan görseli ise 24 saat sonra otomatik olarak silmesi ve istek içeriklerinin kaydını tutmaması talimatı verilir.
EverAfter fotoğraflarınızı yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz; asla satmaz ve reklam için kullanmaz.

Yalnızca buna izin veren kişilerin fotoğraflarını yükleyin. Çocuk fotoğrafı yüklemeyin.

3. Oluşturulan Görseller

Oluşturulan görsel uygulamaya geri gönderilir ve yalnızca kaydederseniz saklanır.
Kaydedilen görseller cihazınızdaki uygulama alanında ve izninizle fotoğraf galerinizde saklanır. EverAfter sunucularına yüklenmez.
fal.ai'deki kopya 24 saat sonra otomatik olarak silinir.

Kaydettiğiniz görselleri istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan silebilirsiniz.

4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Verileri yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmetlerle paylaşırız:

5. Verilerin Saklanması ve Silinmesi

Fotoğraflarınız: EverAfter tarafından saklanmaz; fal.ai tarafından 1 saat sonra silinir.
Oluşturulan görseller: fal.ai tarafından 24 saat sonra silinir; kaydettiğiniz kopyalar siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
Cihaz kimliği ve kredi kayıtları: kredileriniz ve satın alımlarınız kullanılabilir kalsın diye uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece saklanır. Silinmesi için syhnserkan@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin.

6. Veri Güvenliği

Tüm veriler şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS) üzerinden gönderilir ve sunucumuza erişim kısıtlıdır. Hiçbir dijital hizmet mutlak güvenliği garanti edemez.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

EverAfter yetişkinlere yöneliktir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Çocuklardan doğrudan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun uygulama aracılığıyla bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bize ulaşın; bu bilgiyi sileriz.

8. Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde en üstteki "Yürürlük Tarihi"ni değiştiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
