Omnishot is a camera and video recording application for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Omnishot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Camera & Microphone

Omnishot requires access to your device's camera and microphone solely to provide its core recording functionality. Photos and videos you capture are saved directly to your device's photo library. We do not upload, transmit, or store your media on any server.

2.2 Subscription Data (RevenueCat)

Omnishot uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

• An anonymous app user ID generated by RevenueCat
• Purchase receipts and subscription status
• Device type and OS version (for analytics)

This data is used exclusively to validate and manage your Pro subscription. No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is collected through RevenueCat unless you explicitly provide it.

2.3 Subscription Status Sync (Convex)

We use Convex to sync your subscription status in real time. Only your anonymous RevenueCat user ID and subscription status (active / expired) are stored. No personal information is linked to this record.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your location
• Your photos, videos, or any media captured in the app
• Behavioral or usage analytics beyond what RevenueCat reports

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we handle is used only to:

• Verify and restore your Pro subscription across app reinstalls
• Provide customer support if you contact us

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Omnishot integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Convex — real-time subscription status sync
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — payment processing

6. Data Retention

Subscription status records are retained as long as your account is active with RevenueCat. You may request deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, your anonymous ID and subscription record will be removed from our Convex database.

7. Children's Privacy

Omnishot is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
