1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Omnishot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free version and Omnishot Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Omnishot is a camera and video recording application for iOS devices. It offers a free tier with basic features and an Omnishot Pro subscription that unlocks additional camera modes, formats, and tools.

3. Omnishot Pro Subscription

3.1 Billing

Omnishot Pro is available as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.2 Free Trial

Where offered, a free trial will be provided for the annual subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Only one free trial per Apple ID.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store Terms. We do not issue refunds directly.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and your continued subscription will constitute acceptance of the new price.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Omnishot for personal and commercial creative projects. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to capture content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its infrastructure
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to Omnishot Pro features

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the exclusive property of Omnishot and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the App (photos and videos) remains your property. We claim no rights over the media you produce.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnishot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
